Here’s a video showing how to make your own Christmas village buildings using wood or cardboard and some paper mache. The video is labeled as “Part One” and the series promises to continue with more information on how to finish the buildings with paint and embellishments.

Here’s a sweet twist to the traditional Christmas wreath–a wreath made from lots of candies! Quite a cute project, and one that the kids would love to help with I’m sure .
A couple tips to note: Buy your candy right after Halloween when the candy is on sale. Also make a few to give as gifts, can be an economical homemade gift if you get your candy at the best price possible.

Here’s a cute project to make for yourself or give as a gift, a Christmas Keepsake Board. If you make this with a Christmas or holiday fabric, you can hang these on the wall to hold various Christmas cards, notes and pictures you’ve received during the holidays.

Here’s a video showing how to make a Christmas wreath using a ready-made greenery wreath, but shows how to bulk it up by adding extra greens (different kinds and shades for a more interesting look). Suggests placing the decorations around the wreath first and once you decide how it looks, glue them on.
This is a great video showing how to make a gingerbread house. Provides a recipe for gingerbread, a recipe for the “glue” (royal icing) and shows how to cut out the pieces of your gingerbread house using templates. Then shows simple & easy ideas for decorating the piece. Nice job!
