Ingredients:

Part 1:

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Part 2:

1 cup raisins

Part 3:

1/3 cup butter (melted)
2 TBS cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 TBS flour

Directions:

  • Mix the ingredients from Part One together then press into a 9×9 inch pan. Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to warm/lukewarm. Spread raisins over base (from Part 2), press them in a bit.
  • Mix the rest of ingredients (Part 3) and spread over top of the raisins.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
