Ginger Snaps
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups flour
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Cream the butter until soft, then add sugar, egg and molasses. Stir well.
- Add flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
- Form into small balls then roll in sugar.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F on ungreased baking pans.
