• Cream 1/3 cup butter
  • Add gradually 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • Cream everything well
  • Then add 1/4 tsp lemon flavoring and 1/2 tsp vanilla

For fluffy hard sauce, combine with beaten egg white.
