Walnut Drops
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar (scant)
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg, next the dry ingredients and the nuts.
- Form into small balls and put on greased baking sheet and press with fork.
- Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
